The biggest feature of PEDK-130250M CO2 laser cutting machine is that it is hybrid, not only for cutting non-metallic materials, but also for metal materials. It uses a CO2 sealed laser tube, customers can choose 150w / 180w / 260w / 300w or other power according to needs, and the lifespan is up to 10,000 hours with 10-month warranty. Japan imported motor and ball screw transmission rod are adopted for fast speed and high precision. 1300x2500mm crawler-type working platform, dual laser head mutual shift processing and automatic discharging system combined, fast cutting speed, high fabric utilization rate, and it can be equipped with automatic feeding system to achieve continuous feeding cutting.
1. Using dynamic auto-focus laser cutting head, when cutting metal sheet, the cutting head can automatically adjust the focusing distance.
2. LCD touch screen, DSP offline control, this machine can work without computer, can also be connected to a U disk through USB interface.
3.The LCD control system has a large memory of 128M, which can store files in the machine for cutting. It is compatible with AutoCAD, CorelDraw, Photoshop and other graphics processing software.
4. The water cooling system for the mixed laser cutting machine adopts forced water cooling or refrigerating cooling, which has powerful temperature control and water shortage alarm functions.
5. Its control system uses a unique intelligent prediction algorithm and an improved control algorithm to ensure fast-speed processing, stable and efficient operation speed, laser energy adjustable in real time, which greatly facilitates the operation of customers.
6. It adopts a hybrid optical path, which has a high utilization rate of laser energy; the optical path is fully enclosed and has strong safety performance.
